Digital Safe Haven (DSH) is intended to counteract terrorist and extremist groups' influences and propaganda with the creation of secure and trusted online communication networks for communities. DSH provides access to like-minded people all over the world that want to support potential victims of terrorism and extremism, by sharing unbiased information, mainstream cultural values or who wish to organize support and engage with safe and positive community members.

DSH will answer to this security challenge by employing blockchain technology to create secure communication networks that are built on community-driven governance and participant reputation.  The project is part of an ongoing collaboration between Compliance and Capacity Skills International (CCSI).
